NY Tapas Bars

Tapas, which literally means cover, originated in Spanish wine bars, which placed small plates atop wine glasses to keep fruit flies away. Bar owners then started offering bits of food on the dishes to attract customers. These snacks became known as tapas. Here is a list of some of New York's best tapas bars.
