Menu: Signature appetizers include,
but are not limited to, Tuna Tartare with fresh avocado, crème fraiche
and sweet fish roe; Pita Tart with herb goat cheese, wild mushrooms and
a drizzle of truffle oil, and Hummus Dip with fresh parsley, black
olives and extra virgin olive oil. There is a variety of cheese and
charcuterie platters to choose from in addition to a variety of soups,
salads and panini. Chef Sean's signature entrees include Stuffed Chicken
Paillard with sundried tomatoes and fresh mozzarella covered in a honey
lavender sauce; Seared Spice Rubbed Tuna over wakame with citrus sesame
soy sauce and Medallions of Filet Mignon with roasted port shallots.
Wine Cellar:
AYZA's wine list spans 10 countries and is comprised of over 90 selections, carefully chosen for their utmost quality by our sommelier Eric Delcros . Our state of the art cellar has a capacity of 1,500 bottles. Proper cellaring ensures not only that wines age well, but also that they emerge in the dining room at correct serving temperatures, ready to be savored at their best.
