Be one of the lucky ones to be inside the perimeter.
When you purchase your ticket in advance
 its only $100 for a 5 hour open bar and buffet
from 8pm to 1am with champagne toast at 12.
 
This lets you walk outside at 11:55pm, walk down
 to Times Square and watch the ball drop
without the crowds of having a drink. 
 Since we are in the zone, all of our customers have this privilege.  We have 2 floors of DJs, plenty of space
We will only sell a certain limit of tickets
After that, it is not open to public

From 8pm to 1am, you get a top shelf open bar:
 wine, liquor, beer, hot buffet with champagne toast.
if you don't want the open bar,
 you can pay $20 admission fee ticket.
